If you would like to return an item for any reason, you may do so for store credit within 7 days of when your order was received. All items are non-refundable, unless damaged or defective.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email and issue store credit.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. In these cases, return shipping will be provided and you will not be charged to have a replacement shipped.
Fragrance is personal, and sometimes a scent just isn’t the right fit. If you don’t love your scent, send it back and we’ll send you a new one.
To qualify for a scent replacement:
Items must be full and unused
Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
Once received, we will send a replacement scent of equal value
This policy allows us to offer a generous Happiness Guarantee while remaining fair and sustainable.
Because many of our items are produced in small batches or made to order, we are unable to offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or scent (outside of the scent replacement policy above), you may return your item for store credit.

To cancel an order, please notify us within 12 hours of when the order was placed. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests after this period, but once production or fulfillment begins, we are unable to cancel the order.
