Our car diffusers typically last about 4 weeks, depending on how and where they’re used. We formulate every diffuser using the maximum amount of fragrance oil allowed for this product type, so you get a strong, consistent scent without being overpowering.

A few things can affect longevity:

• Heat & climate: Warmer temperatures and direct sunlight can cause fragrance oil to evaporate more quickly.
  
• Airflow: Because our diffusers clip onto your car vent, constant airflow (especially with heat or AC running) will release scent faster.
  

Pro tip: To help extend the life of your diffuser, park in the shade when possible. When it’s time to refresh, our refill oils and reed replacements make it easy to keep using the same diffuser—no need to start from scratch.

Our reed diffusers typically last 3–4 months, depending on the environment and how they’re used. Each diffuser uses an eco-conscious, biodegradable diffuser base and high-quality fragrance oils designed for slow, consistent scent release.

Several factors can affect how long your diffuser lasts:

• Room size & airflow: Smaller rooms or areas with less air movement will hold scent longer. High airflow can cause the oil to diffuse more quickly.
  
• Temperature: Warmer spaces naturally speed up evaporation.
  
• Reed care: Flipping reeds too often can increase scent throw but may shorten the lifespan. We recommend flipping every 7–10 days for balance.
  
• Oil absorption: Over time, reeds become saturated and should be replaced every few months to keep scent flowing strong.
  

Pro tip: When your diffuser starts to fade, you don’t need to replace the entire bottle. Simply swap in fresh replacement reeds or add one of our diffuser refills to extend the life of what you already have.

Our car diffusers are designed to be simple, mess-free, and refillable. Follow these steps for the best scent experience:

1. Remove the wooden lid and carefully take out the plastic stopper from the bottle.
   
2. Place the vent clip around the neck of the bottle.
   
3. Screw the wooden lid back on securely (snug, not overly tight).
   
4. Insert the reeds through the lid — always put the lid on before adding the reeds.
   
5. Allow the reeds a few minutes to absorb the fragrance, then clip the diffuser onto your car vent.
   

For a stronger scent, you can gently tilt the bottle once to refresh the reeds — always keep the diffuser upright to avoid spills.

Helpful tips:

• Keep the diffuser upright at all times.
  
• Do not over-tighten the lid.
  
• Refill when the bottle is empty using our diffuser refills.
  
• Replace reeds when refilling for best performance (replacement reeds are available on our site).
  
• Keep away from pets and avoid contact with skin, eyes, or your car’s interior surfaces.

We avoid making absolute claims like “non-toxic,” as sensitivities can vary from person to person. Our products are thoughtfully formulated using ingredients that meet industry safety standards and are used at compliant levels for their intended use.

No. We do not add parabens or phthalates to any of our products.

Yes. All of our products are vegan and cruelty-free. We do not use animal-derived ingredients, and neither we nor our suppliers test on animals.

Fragrance oils are carefully blended aroma ingredients used to create consistent, long-lasting scents. They may include synthetic and naturally derived components and are formulated to meet safety guidelines for their intended use.

Fragrance formulas are considered proprietary by suppliers. However, all fragrances are used at compliant levels and formulated to meet IFRA (International Fragrance Association) safety standards.

Our personal care products are formulated to meet IFRA standards for skin use. Because everyone’s skin is different, we recommend patch testing and discontinuing use if irritation occurs.

Shipping rates are calculated in the US for orders under $50. Orders over $50 ship for free in the US. International shipping rates will be calculated. Shipping Policy

You should receive your package in 3 - 5 days.

To cancel or change an order, you must let us know within 12 hours of when your order was placed. We will do our best but after this period. Once your order has been fulfilled, we can no longer cancel or change the order. 

If you would like to return your items for any reason you may do so for store credit within 7 days of when your order was received. Please check out our returns and exchange policy.

Typically we only accept returns for store credit however we want to make sure you are 100% happy with your order. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective please let us know and we will be happy to get you a replacement.
