We’re looking to hire 1–3 people for part-time roles that can be seasonal and/or year-round depending on fit and availability.
Sunshine + Saltwater is a beach-lifestyle brand creating feel-good, coastal-inspired scents and products. If you love connecting with customers, can stay organized, and enjoy hands-on work, you’ll fit right in.
Schedule + availability
- Part-time
- Shifts fall within 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Coverage needed Tuesday–Sunday (you will not be scheduled all of these days)
- We can work with the right person on a schedule — it just needs to be consistent week to week
- ✅ Weekend availability is needed
- Some holidays required
What you’ll do
In the shop
- Create a warm, welcoming customer experience
- Help customers find the right scents/products and represent the Sunshine + Saltwater brand
- Run checkout/POS, keep the store clean, stocked, and guest-ready
- Support restocks + light inventory tasks
- Keep the shop beautifully merchandised with direction (you’ll be given clear guidelines/standards)
- Open/close independently after training (based on shift needs)
Behind the scenes
- Support light production tasks such as:
- Filling and labeling scent items
- Tagging products
- Filling car diffuser bags
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow quality + safety steps (protection provided)

Important: scent environment requirement
This job involves regular exposure to fragrance oils and scented products.
❌ If you are sensitive to scents, this role will not be a good fit.
Physical requirements
- Able to lift up to 20 lb boxes
- Comfortable standing and moving around throughout the shift
Training + fit period
This role includes structured training and a 90-day fit period to ensure it’s a great match on both sides.
